- INGREDIENTS: BOTTOM CRUST

- 1.1&1/3 choc. crumb wafers.

- 2.1/3 c. melted butter.

- 3.1/3 c. brown sugar.

- 4.1 tsp. cinnamon.

- 5.Mix and put in bottom of 10 or 12 in. spring form pan.

- FILLING:

- 1.21/2 lbs. cream cheese. {5/8 oz. pkgs.}

- 2.13/4 c. sugar.

- 3.3 tbsp. flour.
-
- 4.3/4 of lemon rind,grated.

- 5.1/4 tsp. salt.
-
- 6.1 tsp. vanilla.
-
- 7. 5 whole eggs and two yolks.

- 8.1/4 cup cream or milk. {cream pref.}

- INSTRUCTIONS:BEAT ALL INGREDIENTS FOR FIFTEEN
- MINUTES AND POUR INTO CRUST.BAKE IN A 350^
- pre-heated oven.Bake 60 minutes or until cake springs
- back when touched lightly in the center.Remove from
- oven and allow to cool completely,then refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
